Kundalini, Yin Yoga, Meditation + Sound Healing
Meditation and sound healing are key components of our Kundalini and Yin Yoga classes. Many suffer from over-taxed nervous systems, resulting in anxiety and chronic health concerns. These healing practices help bring balance to our nervous system, and ease to mind, body, and soul. We aim to teach you with simple tools, so that you can incorporate them into your life. We also teach breathwork or pranayama in these classes, one of the most accessible tools to healing our body. Sound healing is particularly helpful in aiding a deeper meditation. As a result, our bodies relax into a Theta state, whereby the body is able to nourish and heal itself. These classes are perfect for beginners or advanced yogis.

Kundalini + Gong Bath

Yin Yoga + Crystal Bowl
Yin allows you to reset the muscles, fascia + soul, by holding gentle poses and focusing on the breath. This class is perfect for athletes or those with asthmas & chronic pain. The crystal bowl also aids in balancing the body to help you sink into a deeper meditative state. Perfect class to settle into weekend mode…or deep sleep.

Meditation + Discussion
Explore ways to increase your energy and maintain a more positive focus on life. There are many forms of meditation, including; prayer, focused thought, open meditation, being in nature, mindfulness, and many more. Our goal is to find a technique that you can connect with, and support you on your wellness journey. We work to increase peace of mind, physical energy, capacity for love, optimism, and abundance in all its forms.
