Private Yoga + Meditation

Are you interested in beginning your yoga and mediation practice? Looking to dive deeper, or work on specific wellness or health needs? Katie has practiced yoga and meditation since she was a child, with formal training in Kids Yoga, Kundalini Pre-natal & Vinyasa (Flow)/Hatha. Privates or semi-private classes are customized around your specific health needs and goals, including chronic health concerns, such as; asthma, arthritis, osteo-porosis, and low-back pain. Katie takes incredible joy in being able to help her clients achieve their wellness goals, particularly helping to bring the mind, body, and soul into greater alignment.

If Katie is not the best practitioner to support your needs, she can connect you with someone who is better suited to your needs. We also offer semi-private or family packages. These sessions can be covered by ICBC if you are healing from an injury.

Healing Sessions

These sessions help to re-balance the entire body. We understand that we each connect with others in a different way, and this relationship with the practitioner you choose for healing is just as important. We are able to connect you with the most appropriate practitioner for your need, including; bio-energy healing, Craniosacral, and more.
