Yoga + Wellness for Kids

We are passionate about our Kids Yoga and Wellness programs for kids. By providing children with life-skills, we can help them live happier, healthier lives and be leaders of the next generation.

We are seeing more and more youth and adults struggling with anxiety, due to living in a world of over-stimulation and being constantly on the go. By offering simple tools we can all use to balance our minds, bodies and souls, we find greater peace + joy.

In our programs for Kids Yoga in Schools and Studio focus on breath, movement, and mindfulness to help find greater peace, improve sleep and focus, gain greater self-awareness, and experience more joy every day!

Children are naturally drawn to the simple practices of yoga and mindfulness, and these tools become foundations for healthy coping skills for the rest of their lives. Watching children bring these practices into their daily lives and share it with their families brings us such joy!

Tween Yoga Series

Yoga for Tweens is a special class, to support youth during this transition. Developing healthy tools and understanding healthy relationships is paramount during this time. In this series we will explore developing positive body image, self-awareness, creating a self-care practice, healthy relationships, boundaries and empathy. Join us Tues 430-530: Mar 31-May 5. This musical and dance program for children (0-4yrs) and parents offers a wonderful bonding opportunity! Music and dance are very important for brain development, coordination, balance and fun! Hosted by Milica on Mondays and Saturdays. For upcoming sessions, please click on ‘Zumbini’ above.


We are the first location in Canada for this global class! Ponnie leads a fun dance and exercise class for Mom and babes  (0-2y), with a focus on supporting the post-partum body as designed by Gynecologists. Please select ‘Kangatraining’ above for more info and to register.

Celebrate Your Birthday with us!

We customize the yoga, mindfulness + craft based on your interest or theme. Ages 5-13yrs. What’s included?

  • 3hrs of Studio Space
  • 1.5h of  yoga + craft
  • We do the set-up and clean-up! You are welcome to bring decorations
  • Up to 10 children ($25/each additional child) for $350+gst
