Private yoga classes are based on your needs and wellness goals. We offer meditation, Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin, Restorative, Kundalini, and Craniosacral healing.

Private Yoga + Meditation with Katie
Katie has practiced yoga and meditation since she was a child, with formal training in Kids Yoga, Kundalini Pre-natal & Vinyasa (Flow)/Hatha. These classes are custom to your specific health needs and goals, including chronic health concerns. Katie has worked with clients concerned with asthma, arthritis, osteo-porosis, whiplash, and low-back pain. Katie takes incredible joy in being able to help her clients achieve their wellness goals, particularly helping to bring the mind, body, and soul into greater alignment.
For pricing and to book a session, please email Katie@studio202community.com. If Katie is not the best practitioner to support your needs, she can connect you with someone who is better suited to your needs. Sometimes sessions can be covered by ICBC if you are healing from an injury.
Craniosacral + Somatoemotional Therapy Sessions
These sessions help to re-balance the entire body. We understand that it’s important to work with someone who resonates with you. As such, we are more than happy to connect you with the most appropriate practitioner for your need, including; bio-energy healing, Craniosacral, and more.
